Rental Policy:
Occupants - Contract is for 2 people only; additional guests are an additional $100/wk per guest.
Deposit - A booking deposit of $550 is due within 7 days of booking reservation. Booking deposits are only refundable if the home is able to be re-rented at the same rate. Non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee, including $200 of security deposit, is due within 14 days of booking and prior to the first day of your stay.
Rental Balance - Remaining rental balance, plus balance of $200 security fee, due 60 days prior to occupancy.
Security deposit - $950 total - After rent is paid, the booking deposit of $550, plus 2 payments of $200, is held as your security deposit. The home must be left in original clean and undamaged condition.

$50.00 resident pass optional (free visitor pass)

Check in is after 3p on first day of rental period and check out is by 10a on last day of rental period.

Cancellation Policy: Rents are non-refundable unless other renters are contracted for the same rental period at the same rate. NO SUBLETTING.
