Rental Policy:
Rental charges: 50% of lease term is due within 30 days of booking, remaining 50% due 60 days prior to first day of occupancy.

Security Deposit:
$750 Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking and refundable at the end of the lease after satisfactory property inspection. However, deposit will be forfeited if reservation is canceled by Tenant after booking.

$150 Professional Cleaning Fee will be deducted from the deposit. There is an 9% sales tax that will be added to the monthly rate.

Temporary Villages ID Available (optional):
$50 for 2 ID's which allows access to golf courses, exercise facilities, pools and activities. If desired, instructions will be given at the time of booking.

Property taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

Rental Policy:
$750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$150 Cleaning Fee

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
