Our rental has all the comfort of home and more. It is newly furnished, Samsung stainless steel appliances and everything you need for your daily comfort. Wine Cooler, K-cup and coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, all needed dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, dual night stands, dresser with mirror, chest of drawers and a 50 inch TV.
Walking into the master bath, you have 2 walk in closets (one on each side) with customized closed storage.
There are double sinks a make up area and a linen closet. Plenty of towels and pool towels plus a hair dryer are available. Toilet and the shower are behind a closed door.
The second bedroom and den are on the opposite side of the house. In the bedroom you will find a queen size bed, nightstand dresser and a closet. The den has a queen size sleeper sofa, a corner desk and a 40 inch TV. Between the 2nd bedroom and the den is a full bathroom with tub and shower.
The living room has a sofa, love seat, recliner, coffee and end tables and a 50inch TV. In the dining area is a table and 6 chairs and a Buffet.
Leaving the living room, you will walk into a spacious lanai that is under air. A comfortable seating section will invite you to sit and read or have after dinner drink.
The laundry is inside with Maytag appliances.
In the garage is a Yamaha gas golf cart for you to use.
Once you have the rental agreement , you have seven days to return it, signed and half of the rent is due. The rental price is for two adults whose names are on the rental contract, additional adults are $75 per week per individual .
$1000 Security deposit due by time of occupancy.
$250 cleaning fee deducted from security deposit at end of rental period, the rest will be returned if there is no damage to the property.
