With the entrance through the living room, you will find a spacious Florida room that is perfect for entertaining guests as it is very light, bright with a wall-mounted flat-screen SmartTV. Spacious screened-in lanai is adjourned to the Florida room with outdoor seating and ceiling fans to keep you and your guests cool. The backyard backs up to lush greenery, offering privacy and a relaxing atmosphere.

The large kitchen is full service with maple cabinets and ceramic tile floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and to entertain. The large dining room table seats 6, providing more space for entertaining.

This home includes a WiFi internet connection, SmartTV, and Roku on all three televisions. In our office, you will find several games for you and your family to enjoy.

Parking is available in the 2.5 car driveway. The Villages is a golf cart community, so you can get around either in your car or our golf cart.

In order to get into the house, you'll need to go through the gated community. Enter the guest lane and push the red button to open the gate and proceed to the house. We have a Yale Nest deadbolt lock on the front door and your personalized and easy to remember code to open the door is your phone numbers last four digits. All you need to do is press the YALE on the top of the keypad, enter in the code and press the checkmark, and the deadbolt lock will disengage. All of the house keys, garage remotes, and information packets will be on the kitchen countertop. This home is for you to enjoy the beauty, relaxation, and enjoy all of the activities.

A bonus about the house, it is close to shopping areas including Walmart, Publix Supermarket, The Market Place, Beall's Department store, banks, and many restaurants. Security deposit will be returned within 30 days of departure if there are no damages or losses. This will include return of keys, garage door remotes, and security gate key.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
