Long Term - Furnished. Would prefer a rental period of 6 months however will consider other offers

This home is located on a cul-de-sac, a 5 minute walk to Mallory Country Club. We offer 2 golf carts for use, a 4 seater gas and 2 seater gas. Our lanai comes with a summer kitchen including a grill and refrigerator as well as a TV that can be watched while floating in our beautiful pool. The house has an electric garage screen, along with a traditional door, that reduces the garage temperature, keeping your car cooler when parked inside. The house includes a laundry room complete with washer, dryer and sink. The three bedrooms are furnished with two king beds and two twin sized beds. Each bedroom, the living room and outdoor lanai have TV's.

Rates are quoted for 2 guests. An additional charge of $15/night/extra guest will apply and with permission from the owner.

Utilities included: cable TV, Roku TV, trash, lawn service, weekly pool service, and internet. Pool is heated.

Rental Policy:

Security deposit due within 7 days of booking. Security fee will be refunded within 2 weeks of end of stay if no damage or loss exists.

Rental fee plus $150 cleaning fee are due 90 days prior to start of rental period. Payment may be made by check or Venmo.

Monthly Rates run from 4pm on the 1st day of the month to 9am on the last day of the month (unless specifically written in contract).

NO SMOKING in the house, on the Lanai or in the pool area. No Pets as we have family members with pet allergies

Cancellation Policy: Security deposit will be returned at time of cancellation. Once paid the rental fee will not be returned unless the home can be rented again.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
