residence pass available $50 transfer fee..for monthly rentals

Rental Policy:
50% lease Deposit/ due within 7 days of booking.
Balance due within 60 days of possession.
$150 Cleaning Fee

$1,000 security deposit due at possession
$150/month pet fee per pet, small dogs plus extra $500deposit

cancellation policy:
Within 10 days of booking-(as long as greater than 90 days out)-full refund.
After that a $500 admin fee deducted, plus any loss incurred to re-rent the property.



The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided. designated family pools
Guest passes available upon requests for most activities
