Walk to Sawgrass Grove featuring nightly entertainment, the Sawgrass Pub, Sawgrass Marketplace featuring restaurants, a bar, bakery, coffee shop, golf pro shop and grocery options. Or, grab your favorite beverage and sit by the firepit on the lanai while you listen to the music from your own rental home. You'll also find Ezell Recreation Center as well as an adult only swimming pool within walking distance.
What could be better than sitting around the outdoor dining table eating breakfast while watching your morning tv programs and the sunrise over the golf course? The lanai also includes a Weber propane grill, beverage fridge, and multiple seating options including 6 seat firepit table, 4 seat dining table, 4 seat cocktail table, bar with stools, lounge chairs and 6 in-pool chairs.
T&D Pool Construction completed the huge 40 foot by 22 foot sports pool that ranges from 3 1/2 to 4 foot depth. You can swim laps, play water volleyball (6 on 6), or simply float on the included pool rafts. An outdoor pool cabana includes toilet, sink, changing area and shower. Panoramic bird cage is 16 foot high and provides exceptional views of the golf course. Overhead LED lighting on the birdcage allows you to set lighting to color themes
The Indigo designer home has been expanded to include 10 foot ceilings as well as additional living space indoors as well as outdoors. New Lexington furniture has been added to the home and features a king sized Tempur-pedic bed in the master bedroom with queen Tempur-pedic beds in both spare bedrooms. The dining room table seats 6 with additional seating at the 4 counter height stools at the kitchen island. GE stainless steel appliances include a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy a great meal. Flat screen tvs are located in the family room (75"), master bedroom (65") and outdoor on the lanai (75"). All bedding & linens are also supplied.
The new Eastport & Middleton sections are just over the Bexley Bridge.
Temporary resident IDs are available for 2 tenants that permit access to ALL Villages activities. Guest passes are available for additional tenants.

The Villages is an over 55 community. Renters must be at least 45 years of age to rent this property or clients of Aviv Medical Clinic.
The rental homeowner lives in the Villages. You will receive an introduction to the home directly from the homeowner.
Rental amount does not include temporary resident ID fees, sales tax, cleaning or pet fees or security deposit. Renters must sign a lease agreement to confirm the rental as well as pay 50% of the entire lease amount. The balance of the rental fee as well as the $5,000 security deposit and 7% sales tax is due 91 days prior to booking or at the time of booking if less than 91 days. Pet fees are $350. Temporary Resident IDs are $50 for 2 people payable to the Villages. Payments are accepted by Venmo (send to a friend not business), cash, cashier's check or wired funds. Personal checks are not accepted. Prices are for 1-2 occupants only. Add $25 per night for additional occupants up to $500 monthly. Max of 6 overnight guests.
Cancellations after a contract is signed and deposit paid will be forfeited unless the landlord can rent the home to a substitute tenant acceptable to landlord at the same or higher rental rate and period of time. If a substitute tenant is located, a $2500 processing fee shall apply. The security deposit would be refunded in such event. Please obtain travel insurance to minimize the risk of losing your deposit or rental fee due to unexpected medical or other emergencies, change in plans, etc.
Dogs only are permitted. A signed Pet Policy must be executed by the landlord and renter if pets are to be present on the property. Pets must be crated or confined to Butler's Pantry area with supplied dog gate when tenants are not present. There are no exceptions to this policy. Failure to inform the landlord of pets on the property will violate the lease and the landlord in her sole discretion may immediately terminate the lease.
A Golf Cart release of liability agreement will be required to operate the golf cart. Only tenants may operate the cart.
This home is a non-smoking and vaping home. No subletting is permitted. No illegal activity is permitted.
Check in is 4 pm; check out is 10 am. Renters will be provided with the electronic key code for the front and garage doors.
