Master bedroom with a King bed, 2 dressers, night tables, with a walk-in closet and a private bath and ceiling fan. Second bedroom with Queen bed, dresser, desk, night table, full closet and ceiling fan. Second bathroom with tub/shower near 2nd bedroom for privacy.

Fully stocked kitchen with Electric range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans included, Kitchen table for informal breakfast and lunch. Laundry with washer/dryer and vacuum cleaner located in garage.

All new luxury vinyl flooring throughout (no carpets).

Enclosed Lanai with love seat, chairs, ceiling fan for your enjoyment.

A 2 person golf cart included for your use as a courtesy, based on a signed liability waiver.

Property taxes, utilities, WIFI, trash, lawn service, included.

Rental Policy: All Payments must be in US Currency
*50%of first months rent plus $750.00 security deposit, signed RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOLF CART LIABILITY WAIVER are needed to secure reservation and is due within 7 days of booking.
*Balance of rent is due 45 days before occupancy.
*$125.00 cleaning fee will be dedicated from security deposit prior to refunding.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, your rental deposit is refundable only if the cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date and re-rent ended by owner for same dates cancelled.

Price quote is for a maximum of two (2) occupants - Second couple or individual additional $250 per week (7 days), shorter stays (less than 5 days) no charge. Must register additional occupants with property owner, before arriving.

Two (2) temporary resident Village ID cards will give you access to all actives, ($50.00 fee)

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
