RENTAL POLICY
No Pets OR Smoking Allowed
Security/Damage Deposit: $1,000.00 due within 7 days of booking & signing the rental agreement.
Full rental price due at least 30 days prior to commencement of rental start date.
Cancellation Policy: If reservation is cancelled prior to 75 days of arrival date, security deposit and any rental funds paid will be refunded less a $200 administration fee. If reservation is cancelled between 60 days and 45 days of arrival date, you are subject to forfeiture of security deposit. If reservation is cancelled 45 days or less from arrival date or during rental period, you are subject to 100% forfeiture of rental funds and or security deposit. The home will be released and we will make every effort to re-rent the home and refund as much as possible of the rental funds already paid, less a $200 admin fee. Cancellation of any part of your reservation will cancel the entire reservation.
Property taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service are included.
Rental Policy:

$ 000 No Cleaning Fee as long as property is as it was at time of rental
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
