The master bedroom includes a king bed, has a large walk in closet and a private bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are split from the master bedroom and provides privacy. The 2nd guest bedroom includes a queen bed with a TV. The third bedroom includes a twin size pull out sofa bed, desk and TV.
All bedding, towels and kitchen supplies are included.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, cooking utensils, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and other accessories. There is a cozy breakfast nook with a table to seat four.
Utilities, Wi-Fi, trash, lawn service and guest IDs are included.
There is a sheltered lanai with outdoor seating and a table that seats four. Gas grill is on the patio.

Rental Policy:
This property is non-smoking and pet-free.
A rental deposit of $750 is due within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period. Failure to pay balance, cancellation or early departure does not warrant refund of rent.

$150 Cleaning Fee
Owner reserves the right to rent the property to another party if balance is not received on or before the due date indicated.
Rates are based on check-in on the first day of the month after 4 PM and check-out on the last day of the month by 10 AM.

Temporary ID passes: should you wish to use the Championship Golf Courses, pool, etc. you will need to provide me with your full name, home address and date of birth. After submission you must pick those passes up at the Villages Sales Office in Sumter Landing. The charge is $50. You must have your ID to pick up your passes.

Personal Checks, Money orders, or Venmo are accepted.
