The home has a 4 seater gas golf cart that the owners give permission to the renters to use for golfing and for easy access to the many nearby attractions and shopping (available at no charge for monthly rentals and beyond). The golf cart is not leased or rented to tenants and Landlords are not given any compensation in exchange for permission to fully use the golf cart.
