Dave and I have stocked and set up this home with the things we'd want when we travel. Our goal is simple: for you to walk in, settle down, and feel completely at home.

The house is comfortable, spacious, and designed for enjoying everything The Villages has to offer but the private courtyard, pool and hot tub are really what make this place special.

INSIDE
The bedrooms are each tastefully inspired by The Villages town squares, giving the home a fun Florida feel without going overboard.
The open layout has plenty of room to spread out, spend time together, or relax after a day of golf, shopping and exploring.

Smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom just log into your own streaming accounts.

YOUR PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE
This is our favorite part of the house.
The home has one of the largest private courtyards in The Villages, and it's completely enclosed, giving you plenty of space and privacy.
You'll have a heated private pool, a brand-new 6-person tiki-style hot tub, and lots of room to enjoy the Florida sunshine.
Swim in the afternoon, soak in the hot tub at night, or simply spend the day outside doing absolutely nothing.

GREAT LOCATION
We're on a corner lot conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs, making it easy to enjoy dining, shopping, entertainment and nightly activities.
Nancy Lopez Legacy Golf & Country Club is right around the corner, and you can easily walk to the course and restaurant.

A Few Extras

A 4-person golf cart is available to rent, with an optional golf-bag attachment and roadside assistance included.
Inside, you'll find a well-stocked kitchen, quality linens and towels, and a starter supply of paper products because we'd rather give you the things you actually need than make you buy everything the minute you arrive.

Most importantly, we want this to feel like a place where you can settle in, get comfortable and enjoy your vacation from the moment you arrive.

Rental Rates
