Our guests love our Villa and the location!!!
It's tastefully and comfortably furnished. The patio is private and has all the comforts such as barbecue grill, eating area under a covering w/lights, lounge chairs. All in a beautifully landscaped courtyard. The neighborhood is very quiet.

This comfortable villa sleeps up to 6 comfortably, there is a pull out sofa bed/couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is plenty of bedding, bath/pool towels. Youll have a 2-seater golf cart as well. The TV is 65 in living room and 36 in master bedroom. We have the flex remote for streaming.

We live close by and cater to our guest should any needs or problems arise!!! This is a major advantage over other rentals!!!





Terms and other fees:
Due at time of booking: $500 deposit non-refundable after 48 hours
House Cleaning: $250 (deeper cleaning required for longer stays)
Cancellation policy - Full refund minus $500 initial deposit if reserving Jan, feb, or March if cancelled by 10/31
