A full guest bathroom, with soaking tub, accommodates the second bathroom and living room. All linens, dishware, silverware, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, appliances, patio furniture and washer and dryer are included. Your home away from home!

2 seat Yamaha Gas Golf Cart is included with rental.

The home is about 12 minutes by golf cart to Lake Sumter Landing town center. The Ashland Pool (adults only) is located less than a four-minute walk from the home. And by car you can access the public library as well as Southern Trace Shopping Plaza which includes Publix, Bealls Outlet, Ace Hardware, Walgreens, IHOP, Dunkin Donuts, Bob Evans, Culver and Habaneros in about 5 minutes (or 10 minutes in a golf cart). At Buffalo Ridge you can find Walmart, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Bonefish Grill, Fresh Market, NYPD Pizza, Golden Corral, Darrells Diner, Steak and Shake and McDonalds.

The Village of Ashland residents can also enjoy both the Ashland and Churchill Street Recreation Centers. Ashland offers an adult pool, shuffleboard, bocce ball court and horseshoe pit. It is a quick ride in the golf cart to enjoy the Churchill Street Recreation Center which also offers a family pool, shuffleboard, bocce ball, horseshoe pit as well as pickle ball and tennis courts, a billiards room, meeting rooms and kitchen facilities. Rental Policy:
No Pets allowed.
$1000 Security Deposit due within 7 days of date of lease
$150 professional cleaning fee which will be deducted from the Security Deposit upon termination of lease.
Monthly rental based on 2-person occupancy. Additional cost assessed for additional guests.
$50 Temporary Residence ID Fee is Renter Responsibility. Entitles two (2) people use of recreational facilities, pools, free golf at Executive courses and reduced fees at Championship courses.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55+ years old.
