The home is a five minute golf cart ride to Brownwood Paddock Square with restaurants and hometown businesses in one convenient location as well as live entertainment on the stage. The grocery store and retail businesses are also accessible nearby by golf cart or car. The home is walking distance to the recreation center where you can enjoy bocce, pickle ball, water sports, indoor crafts, community exercise, cards, and more!

The primary suite hosts a king bed, ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet. The queen bed compliments the secondary bedroom with a closet for additional storage. The second bath has a combined tub/shower and easy access to the secondary bedroom and linen closet. Additional features include ceiling fans throughout, window blinds and overhead lighting. The villa has a slightly extended one and half car garage for your car and a golf cart.

To accommodate our guests with allergies, this is a non-smoking home. Please note: The rates quoted are 1 or 2 person occupancy. Occasional guests are welcome.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
