This brand new luxurious 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom Designer home is beautifully decorated with extraordinary views of the par 3 course that focuses on your shots around the greens. In addition to being golf course front, the home also has beautiful water views of the pond and beautiful grand oak trees just to the side. This home is walking distance to Richmond Recreation Center and a short golf cart drive to Clarendon Recreational Center, Brownwood Square, restaurants, shopping, and groceries. We habe multiple golf carts to offer: one 4 seater gas, one 2 seater gas, and an electric custom 4 (forward) seater that has custom leather seats, custom tires and rims, has seat belts, radio, fan, extra roomy and is absolutely a head turner! We can discuss what is right for you and how many needed.

This is not your typical Villages rental home. It is a luxurious, upscale home located on a fantastic golf front location. The designer home is brand new as well as furniture.and furnishings, bedding, linens, appliances, outdoor furniture and well equipped kitchen!

This Kingfisher model home has wood flooring throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. Babette designer furniture is featured in living and master of the home. There is a fireplace in the TV console in the living room as well as a firepit on the lanai. Ceiling fans are through home and in bedrooms. Washer dryer is in the home, in ac. The large kitchen has a beautiful extra large island with quartz countertops. All countertops in home are custom quartz. The cabinets thought are quiet glide auto close. Too many features to list in this upscale designer home.

The kitchen is generously stocked with everything you will need to cook and enjoy a great meal during your stay. I have personally selected the same upscale kitchen small appliances, tools, bakeware, utensils, and supplies as I use in my personal upscale home. Name brands like Pampered Chef, Princess House crystal ware, and real Silver Silverware are included.

The Master Bedroom features an upholstered king size bed, beautiful nightstands and dresser with flat screen tv and comfortable side chair to sit in and read or check your emails while enjoying your morning coffee. The master has a new king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and master bath with double sinks and a walk in shower with seating. Roman Shower is tile with natural lighting and plenty of inlayed tile shelving.
The dining room table is marble with comfortable cushioned cloth seats. The kitchenette table also seats 4 and is perfect for quick breakfast or coffee. There is additional seating at the oversized island that has 4 cushioned swivel stools at the kitchen island, to make total seating for 12. Stainless steel GE appliances including a gas burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Xtra Large panel glass sliding doors open from the kitchen and living room onto the lanai. Once your on the lanai enjoy the firepit and beautiful new lanai outdoor furniture as you enjoy the breathtaking views of the golf course. Outdoor furniture includes a firepit table, 2 sofas as well as conversation area seating with ottomans and side table.

Bedrooms are spacious. Beds will be beautifully dressed upon your arrival with extra linens, towels, and paper ware are supplied for your use.

Guests will have the privacy of full use of the home. A key code will be provided for self entry. Guest passes for select activities are available to renters free of charge provided the necessary information including government issued ID Is submitted to me at least one week in advance.

Richmond is one of the newest communities in The Villages and features the Richmond Pitch and Putt Executive Course located right out the back door of this home. The Brownwood Towne Square is a short golf cart ride away and features nightly entertainment, dining and retail stores. Grocery shopping is a short golf cart ride away with a few choices both north at Grand Traverse next to Brownwood Square and south at Magnolia Plaza.

Richmond is easily accessible from the Florida Turnpike and is located approximately 49 miles from the Orlando International Airport and 65 miles from the Tampa . Fun day trips include the Disney properties, Mt. Dora's waterfront and quaint shops, Ocala and the beautiful horse farms and especially the World Equestrian Center and the Gulf Coast Beaches and waterways including Crystal River and Homosassa.
