Our home is warm and bright, sports an open and spacious floor plan with high ceilings and decorator touches. This Durham model has a split bedroom floor plan, 2 bedrooms each with own bath. Living room 55 inch Internet TV, Master Bedroom 24 inch Internet TV. Many Up Grades , King Bed in Master , Queen in 2nd Bedroom with ceiling fans in living room, lanai, and both bedrooms. Enjoy the private, fenced backyard and patio from inside the screened lanai, accessible from the Dining area, Living room, and Master Bedroom.

This home is Pet free and Smoking free for the benefit of our guests.
Central neighborhood just minutes to Colony Plaza home to a large Publix Grocery Store, Walgreens, and Neighborhood Walmart, McDonalds, PDQ, Bob Evans, Sakura Japanese Steak and several other restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our (4) week stay at Maggie & Chuck's home. The owners were informative and responsive to our questions and needs. Their home is comfortably furnished, spotless, the kitchen has modern appliances and fully stocked with dishes, flatware, cookware, and outdoor grill. Linens were provided. The sheets were extremely comfortable along with an abundance of towels and washcloths available for our use. The washer and dryer are efficient and a recent model conveniently located in the garage. The central location is ideal in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to the pool, golf courses, pickleball courts, many restaurants, and Publix. We moved with ease throughout The Villages via golf cart or car. We would highly recommend this rental property.
