If house keys or garage remote is lost, you will be charged $50. A lost gate pass will result in a

LONG TERM AVAILABLE (1-year or longer required): Available April 1st, 2025
* Long-term rate: $2,500/month
* Lease monthly is based on a 12-month minimum term. The 7% Florida tax is waived for any
long-term rental.
* $1,500 security deposit is upon signing of the Lease Agreement and is refundable at end of the lease if
the house is in good condition.
* The following shall be provided upon signing the lease agreement: (1) First and last month ($5,000.00) Plus;
(2) $250 cleaning fee (non-refundable); (3) Proof of Rental insurance; (4) Security Deposit (1,500.00). Total due at signing is $6,750.00
* Renters must have a good credit score and at least 2 personal references.
* There is a $50 non-refundable fee background/credit checks with the application
* All quoted rent and fees are based on 1-2 person occupancy.
* Owner pays amenity fees, water, trash, sewer, lawn service, and pest control services.
* Tenant pays electricity, gas, cable TV, and internet for long-term rental.
