Separate 1 car garage and golf cart garage.

Lake Denham is close to Sawgrass, where you will enjoy nightly entertainment, food venues, and The Villages market. Sunny Side Up is within 5 minutes of Franklin Rec Ctr with pool, bocce ball, exercise equipment, and of course, Pickle Ball. Adjacent to Franklin is the fabulous Mickeylee Pitch and Putt for our golf enthusiasts. Homestead Rec Ctr and Ezell Regional Rec Ctrs are also within a short cart ride. Brownwood Town Square is a short ride on Meggison Road.
