Nothing went untouched in this home's renovation, walls were all painted, new waterproof vinyl plank flooring was laid throughout the home (no carpet or transition strips) ceilings were scraped and retextured, new ceiling fans, led lighting and new bathroom vanities. Both bathrooms have fully tiled walk-in showers with a MultiJet shower bar, and taller ADA toilets. Inside the home are 2 bedrooms one with King Bed and the other with a Queen Bed. All mattresses are brand new. Walls were removed to open the kitchen up to the rest of the living space. New cabinets with a huge slab of granite and new appliances make the kitchen swoon worthy. The refrigerator has dual ice makers, and the oven has an air fryer built in feature to make drinks and meals at home a little easier. A toaster oven, hand mixer, Keurig and crockpot is just to name some other conveniences available for you to use. The Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, corning ware dishes, Knife Set, casserole dishes and service for 12+. The living room has 2 Leather Rocker Recliners, and the leather sofa also has 2 recliners to give endless options for afternoon napping. A 65-inch Smart TV in the Living Room and a 50-inch smart TV in the Master Bedroom and a 32-inch TV in the 2nd Bedroom. Free Wi-Fi for you to stream your favorite tv shows. 5 Solar tubes provide extra brightness inside the home. There is a screened lanai at the back of the courtyard for total privacy. Inside it is a patio table and 4 chairs. On the side of the courtyard is a Weber Gas Grill and another table for dining. There is also 2 zero gravity chairs and a hanging chaise lounger to enjoy a book or just relax. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, a chair, 1 Dresser and 2 Nightstands with lamps. It has a large walk-in closet, double sink vanity and a walk-in shower with a bench seat. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen-size bed with a tall dresser, nightstand, and a large closet. Extra set of sheets for each bed and plenty of towels are provided. The Dining Room table can accommodate 4-6 people and the bar has extra seating for 4 more. There is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer available for your use. The iRobot Roomba and Dyson Stick Vac will help keep the floors tidy. Stackable Washer and Dryer are off the kitchen in the garage. Alexa is available to give you up to date weather reports and answer questions or give you the recipe to your favorite dish.

2019 Yamaha Gas Quietech 4 passenger cart will be included in the rental after a liability waiver is signed and valid driver license is provided.

There is an optional $50.00 fee you can pay to The Villages for two temporary resident IDs good for the length of your stay. Please see the Help & Info section to understand the benefits of the IDs. If you're planning on golfing, you will benefit from the IDs by getting access to the advanced tee time scheduling, $4 fee on 42 Executive courses and discounts on the Champion courses.

$750 security deposit is due at time of booking and will be refunded 7-10 business days if no damage was incurred. 50% due at booking. 50% due 45 days prior to arrival (security deposit will be forfeited and rental fee will only be refunded if someone else rents).

Disney World, Kennedy Space Center, beaches, and other major popular attractions are only 1-2 hours away by car. Trash removal 2 times a week, wireless internet, electric, water and sewer are all included. To allow for cleaning: Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.
