- Cleaning fee is estimated based on expected use. Additional cleaning fees may be charged to reflect our actual costs.
- Rental rates do not include the 7% Florida sales tax.
- No pets, no smoking, no vaping (including marijuana even with medical card).
- Guest passes are available free of charge. During high season (Jan-April) renters with guest passes may be wait-listed for classes and events, giving priority access to residents and non-residents with temporary resident IDs.
- Temporary resident ID cards, if requested, may be picked up at The Villages Sales Office in Sumter Landing. The charge is $50 for 2 people.
- Golf Cart waiver must be signed in addition to the lease agreement.
- No one under 21 shall drive the golf cart and it should be returned with a full gas tank.
- The Villages is an active senior community for residents 55+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
- We provide a local property management service to assist you as required.
- Security cameras are used to monitor the exterior of the home including one outward facing camera in the garage.
