An adult pool and amazing unofficial off-leash dog park are a 90 second golf cart ride away and are adjacent to the official, fenced in, dog park.

The living room has a 65" smart TV, and a comfy three-piece white linen set that includes a large sofa, a love seat, and a large easy chair with matching ottoman.

Master suite has a king bed, 2 night-stands with reading lamps, a dresser and mirror, 2 casual chairs, and a 43" smart TV. There are his & hers master closets, his & hers sinks, and a makeup counter with tuck under chair.

Private guest wing features a Queen BR, a guest bath, and den with desk and a queen sleeper sofa.

Kitchen features newer appliances, garbage disposal, ice & water dispensers, and a dishwasher. Everything you might need to cook and entertain is there.

Screened-in lanai has a round table with seating for four, a comfy conversation area, and a gas grill.

Other amenities: high speed internet & smart TVs with local and national programing. Most cable & satellite TV providers allow you to stream your programing when traveling. We have installed apps for Xfinity, Comcast & DirecTV.

Amazingly, neighborhood dog owners got permission from the local power company to use the 10+ acres surrounding their substation for dog walking. The area is heavily wooded, squirrels abound, and many people walk their dogs off-leash. Although there is a county leash law, no one I know has ever gotten a ticket. The ordinance provides that the leash requirement "shall not apply to dogs during any time in which they are engaged in hunting or training" - so I fill my pockets with treats and do simple obedience training when I walk Angel just to be safe. Up to two friendly, well-behaved dogs of any size are welcome at no extra charge. If you allow your dogs on the white linen furniture, it must be draped. Sorry - no cats.

Utilities, high speed internet, live streaming TV, trash, and lawn service are included. State & county transient rental tax are the responsibility of the tenant and apply to rentals of less than six months and one day. Many programs available on your home cable/satellite service can be streamed on our smart TVs if you log in.

Optional Temporary Villages ID (for 2): $50.00 (Paid directly to the Villages)

Owner will complete ID application at tenants' request. Tenants will pay the $50 fee when they pick up ID's at La Hacienda Rec Center. Temporary ID's gives full access to all residential amenities including golf at any of the 36 executive courses with reservations up to 7 days in advance. The 12 championship courses charge an additional fee. Renters may opt for free guest passes instead, which give access to all recreation centers, swimming pools (except sports pools), pickleball, tennis, beach tennis, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, billiards, archery, bocce ball, horseshoes, and over 2,000 other clubs and activities - including golf, however, the computerized reservation system cannot be used and phone reservations can be made no more than three days in advance.

Rental Policy:
Security deposit and 50% of first months rent are due upon acceptance of rental application and signing of rental agreement. Balance of rent plus state and local tourist taxes is due 60 days prior to rental start date. ALL MONIES ARE IN US CURRENCY. Accommodation on timing of payments can be made for rental periods longer than three months. Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden.

We recommend that you purchase trip insurance to protect your vacation investment in the event of illness or other life events that may require you to cancel your trip.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
