Richmond is also home to Clarandon Recreation Center, Richmond Recreation Center, and the brand new Lake Okahumpka Recreation Center. Collectively, these will offer you several pools, Tennis and Pickleball courts, a Beach Volleyball court, as well as grilling and picnic areas featuring horse shoes, bocce, and shuffle board. All this in addition to the numerous nature related offerings that Lake Okahumpka Rec Center brings to the table. Set on the water of beautiful Lake Okahumpka (one of Central Florida's many natural lakes) this one-of-a-kind rec center offers amenities that you can't find anywhere else in The Villages, including canoes and kayaks available for Villager's use (and their registered guests), as well as a beautiful waterfront boardwalk and fishing pier. This site will also share its parking lot with a new waterfront restaurant which should be opening soon. And it is all a short ride from home in your golf car - included with the rental.



Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

Renters sign lease agreement and golf car waiver at time of booking (Electronic signature via DocuSign is available).
50% of total payment plus security deposit and cleaning fee due upon booking.
The remaining 50% due 60 days prior to occupancy.
Security deposit will be refunded within 15 days of departure.
Any issues must be brought to owners attention within 24 hours of check in or occurrence.
Missing keys, gate passes, and garage door openers will be replaced at renters expense.

Additional Charges:
Home cleaning charge - $200 - This ensures that the home is fully cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival and after your departure.
Security Deposit - $500 - This is fully refunded no later than 15 days following the conclusion of your rental period (minus repairs/cleaning beyond normal wear and tear)

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in
50% refund (minus $250 for service fees) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in

Payment - Venmo, Zelle, Cashiers Check, or Personal Check.

Temporary Villages ID for two available with advanced request. These will be collected from The Villages directly upon arrival. Be advised that The Villages does charge a separate $50 for these IDs, paid directly to them and independent from any costs associated with renting the home.
