Throw open the sliding doors for true indoor / outdoor living or enjoy pool side dining while listening to music or watching the game.

The Space
A large living room and kitchen opens up to the lanai and pool area equipped with seating for outdoor dining. There is a separate dining room for six, a breakfast table for two, and four more high-top chairs at the kitchen elevated table. The 3 bedrooms are accessible from the living room and the kitchen. The master bedroom is very spacious, has its own Roku flat screen TV, and a large, fully upgraded walk-in closet with lots of storage. The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower with two shower heads for complete immersion, hand holds, and two toilets.

Two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed, an upgraded closet with tons of storage space, and each share a guest bathroom. The house comes fully equipped with bedding, towels furniture, two recliners, cooking and bake ware, pool ware, utensils, and everything you likely will need to feel at home.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard. The gas powered golf cart is included to use responsibly throughout the over 100 miles of golf cart trails and golf courses in The Villages. Guest electric vehicles may use the charging station for an additional electric usage fee.

Location, Location, Location!
Access to The Villages neighborhoods and its many recreational facilities is restricted but you'll be provided access to everything as if you live here by Lifestyle Passes which are included in your reservation. Avventerra is located near Brownwood Paddock Square and Lake Sumpter Landing, both of which have great dining options and shopping, sidewalk dining, and daily live music and dancing.

We're in the center of the best golfing in The Villages just minutes by golf cart to Evans Praire, Bell Glade, and Bonifay Country Clubs, along with and five other nearby executive golf course. There are neighborhood recreational centers with pickle ball and tennis just blocks away, and a neighborhood Walmart Grocery Center less than a mile away. It's an ideal place to relax, golf, enjoy outdoor entertainment, or just taking in the magnificent view of the lake. There is the Savannah Center for indoor entertainment with 850 seats, the Shanon L. Morse Performing Arts Center, a movie theater, and three other squares to explore with even more dining and entertainment. Plan a short trip to explore Lakeridge Winery in Clermont or various wildlife parks where you can swim as well as enjoy the manatees - an experience you can't miss! And of course enjoy the many attractions in Orlando including Disney World and Universal Studios just to name a few.

Included in your monthly rental:
- Resident Passes - normally $50 each, plus they save you money on golfing fees.

- Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

Rental Policy:
We offer the home for monthly, 6 month, and one year terms. The price will vary based upon seasonality - contact us for more information. The monthly Security Deposit is $1500, but will increase to match the first month's rent if leased more than 2 consecutive months. Additional terms and conditions apply

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
