Hundreds of free daily activities to participate in. Executive and Championship golf courses abound. Pickleball, zumba, dance classes, billiards, mahjongg, samba, euchre, crafts....to name a few. The offerings are astounding. Sleeps maximum 5. Rates based on two persons. Family friendly, adult, and sports pools throughout. Furnished lanai seating four. Gas BBQ patio table/chairs, bag chairs, pool noodles. 4 ceiling fans. Utilities, Xfinity internet, basic streaming TV, trash, and lawn service are included. Only 1 hour to Disney and theme parks. Nearby restaurants, shopping, banking etc. Golf car optional with fee.

Rental Policy:
$1000 Deposit/Security due within contract signing on all rentals. These funds are non-refundable.
NO occupancy tax ( Save 7 %)
50% of the total rental due within 7 days of booking.
The final 50% of the total rental amount is due 60 days prior to the beginning of rental period.
Rental money is NON-REFUNDABLE unless re-rented to another guest at same rate.
$ 175 Cleaning Fee . Will be deducted from security deposit.
