RENTAL POLICY:
Daily and Monthly rental amounts are based on double occupancy (2 adults). For two couples wishing to share the house an additional 10% of the rental fee per person will apply. Visitors for less than 7 days ok
All payments must be in US funds.

50% of full rental amount is due within one week of signed lease executed more than 60 days prior to arrival. The security deposit, balance of rental amount, cleaning fee and temporary resident ID fees are due 60 days before arrival. Full amount of rental, security deposit and other fees are due with signed lease if rental commences less than 60 days before arrival.

In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit will be refunded in full less a $150.00 processing fee and any difference in rental rate, if the house cannot be re-rented, or re-rented at the same rate. Some renters opt for trip cancellation insurance.

Resident passes - $50.00. Included

$1500 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. Will be returned in full if application is not accepted or, in full if after the lease is completed, the home and property are clean and damage-free.
