It has large walk in closet with extra bed linens and towels.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds and can be separated from the main living area by a pocket door.
Kitchen has all electric appliances,all serving items and dishes and glasses.
Living room has comfortable seating featuring beautiful red leather recliners(2), and red leather couch with reclining seats.There is a flat screen TV located in an entertainment center ( loaded with games).
There is a 2 seater gas golf cart available where a liability waiver must be signed prior to use.

Prices shown are for occupancy by 2 people. Short term guest stays are allowed. Long term additional guests (longer than 2 weeks) will be charged $15 per person per day.
Reservation deposit ( 1/2 of total rental )and security deposit due within 7days of booking. Balance of rental total due 7 days prior to rental start. Reservation deposit is non-refundable unless unit is rented for same time and price.
Optional:Resident ID card fee $50.per couple payable directly to the Villages. ID cards are valid for balance of rental stay
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
