We are only a five-minute drive to Lake Sumter Landing, plus there are all of the grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, banks and shopping (including the new Costco) you will need on CR466, literally just minutes away, either by car or golf cart. Golfing opportunities everywhere as well as tennis, pickleball, swimming and more.

This delightful villa has everything you need to make your stay in The Villages a wonderful experience. The open floor plan gives a feeling of a light and airy space that welcomes you as soon as you walk in. The living room has a very comfortable couch which power reclines on both sides plus two accent chairs, a 65" flat screen SMART LED TV and a DVD player. Hulu and Roku Live TV are included. This fully furnished home comes complete with indoor washer/dryer (adjacent to the kitchen), two HD Televisions, a DVD player, high speed WIFI and ceiling fans throughout.

The dining room is furnished with an attractive dining table with four chairs and a sideboard - perfect for entertaining. The large eat-in kitchen, with skylight and granite counter tops and newer appliances, is fully equipped and has a cafe table for two for enjoying your morning coffee, or, if you'd rather, venture out to the attached lanai that has a glass top table with four chairs. The floors throughout the entire home are ceramic.

Master bedroom has a new king bedroom set - including a new (January 2025) mattress, a large dresser, two nightstands, a comfortable chair, a large walk-in closet and private in-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV with an Amazon Fire TV Stick. You can access Hulu and other streaming services from this TV as well. Guest room has a comfortable queen bed, dresser, two nightstands, a comfortable chair and a spacious closet. The guest bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to the guest bedroom. Both bathrooms have been recently updated with granite counter tops. A full set of linens and towels are provided.

Expanded patio has attractive stone pavers, a new Weber propane grill, a large power retractable awning and four all season chairs.

A gas powered 2020 Yamaha Golf Car with a full rain enclosure, seatbelts, an anti-theft alarm system and 24-hour roadside assistance is included. The garage has a convenient utility sink.

We've recently added a keyless entry system for the front door - so no more fumbling with keys!

Your Villages Temporary Resident ID cards (included with the rent) give you access to all of the facilities at any recreation center for bocce, shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball, horseshoes, billiards, swimming and hundreds of organized activities every week at the recreation centers. There are over 40 executive golf courses and 14 championship golf courses available.

Rental Policy:
The above rates are for two people. Additional charges apply for company staying longer than two weeks.
$750 Security Deposit due with return of the rental agreement.
A Reservation Deposit equal to 30% of the total rent is due with return of rental agreement. Additional 30% due 90 days prior to occupancy, with the remaining 40% balance due 60 days prior to occupancy. Cancellation refunds only if the villa can be rented for the same time period and the same rate (less 15% cancellation fee.) Alternate payment options may be required if rental occurs less than 90 days from the return of the rental agreement.
$200 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from security deposit at the conclusion of your stay.
Security deposit (less cleaning fee) returned within 15 days after check-out if no damage or missing items.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.

Check in on first day is 4:00pm - Check out on last day is 11:00 am
