All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

Rental Policy:
25% the total rental fee as well as the $700 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to occupancy. If you need to cancel, any money paid will be refunded, less a $100 administration fee, providing that the property can be rented for the same period at the same price.

The security deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure, providing there is no excessive wear and fear, damage or removal or loss of contents less the $100 cleaning fee.

$50 Rental ID fee: This entitles you to free golf on all executive courses, discounted rates on championship courses, use of recreational centers pools and numerous other activities.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
