PAYMENT POLICY
50% of total rent, $1000 (refundable minus any damage) & $250 non refundable cleaning fee DUE 7 days from booking. Remainder due 30 days from booking. Rent refundable only if with my sincere effort to find another guest with the same rent and time frame.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time with permission.
