That you think you know the villages and all that it has to offers. Very unlikely, unless you have lived in the villages year-round for multiple years.

That any home that was built before 2000 that has not been recently upgraded- is OK to live in for weeks/months at a time. The older part of the villages has lots of rec centers but several run down neighborhoods.

That any Home that was built after 2020 in the newer section of the villages is worth the drive to participate in most activities. There are fewer amenities and too far to drive for pools, clubs and restaurants.
