Lease- Monthly - No Subleasing
Monthly Lease- 50% payment up front at time of leasing signing, followed by final payment 21 days before move-in date
$1,000 Security deposit due within 7 days of booking and is refundable at the end of the lease if the property is in good condition.
The following shall be provided when signing: 1) Proof of Insurance, 3) Security Deposit, which will be refunded minus a $200 cleaning fee after inspection is complete and no repairs are needed.
No Smoking / No Pets
All parties must sign and complete all forms and contracts for the rental to be approved.

Payment Methods:
Fee to be paid by either Venmo/Quick Pay or US US-based bank. Any refunds will be sent back via the same method of payment is receive.
~ Venmo is the preferred method of payment, followed by a check drawn from US US-based bank.
Note that your reservation is not guaranteed until 50% of the rental amount is received by the landlord.
