Welcome to On The Rocks! This beautiful patio villa is in Buttonwood Village. On The Rocks is just a short, fun golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing. It is also very close to Fish Hawk Neighborhood Rec Center where there is a family pool and close to the adult pool and Buttonwood Village mail center. Fish Hawk Rec Center has not only a family pool, but pool tables, pickleball courts and more.

On The Rocks is on a nice corner lot in Cedar Key Villas. Cedar Key Villas is a small loop with one way in and out, so you don't have a lot of traffic going by. There is a lovely lanai with a ceiling fan, party lights, curtains and tiled floor.

There is a dining room - living room with a dining room table, a couch (with pull out queen size bed), a reclining chair and a nice oversized chair. There is also an electric fireplace and a large smart TV.

The kitchen has all the supplies you need including a coffee maker that is a regular coffee maker & Keurig (combination) (filters supplied) and electric tea kettle.

On The Rocks has beautiful volume ceilings giving the feeling of a larger room.

There are two full bathrooms. There are two bedrooms each with queen size beds & smart TV's in each bedroom.

The TV's have internet service. The tv's will be in guest mode, so you will need to bring your own usernames and passwords for whatever streaming services you have.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the garage, with laundry detergent and dryer sheets available for use.

Resident/Lifestyle ID's are included, however, we can get only two. If more passes are needed, it will have to be Guest Passes. We will need some paperwork to be done before arrival so the passes can be ready, Resident or Guest.

There is a four seater gas golf cart available. The golf cart also has roadside assistance. If there is a problem with the cart that cannot be immediately repaired, you are responsible for getting another cart, we are supplying just ours.

There is a gas grill for use. The propane tank is not to be stored in the house or in the garage. The tank can stay on the grill for the duration of your stay, and the grill can stay outside. The propane tank needs to be stored in the lanai when your stay is done. The grill can go in the garage.

There are tiny plastic dinosaurs & alligators around the house, you don't need to hunt for them (and you don't need to move them when you find them), just something fun.... oh, there is NO prize. Also, we lost track of how many there are....

Approximately 10 days prior to your arrival, a Welcome Letter will be emailed to you. Once you get into On The Rocks using the lock box, there are two garage door openers on the kitchen counter for use so you can come and go via the garage.

May 1 - October 31 all rentals are a minimum of 5 nights
November 1 - December 31 all rentals are a minimum of 7 nights.

THERE IS NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. NONE OF THE PROPERTY (SPECIFICALLY THE CHAIRS) BELONGING TO THE HOUSE ARE TO BE USED WHILE SMOKING OFF THE PREMISES. SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY OR WITH ANY OF THE HOMES PROPERTY WILL BE A VIOLATION OF THE LEASE AND WILL BE IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND OF ANY MONIES AT ALL.
