We love the Villages!! We want to welcome you and your family to enjoy this wonderful place.
The Villa is walking distance from Eastport. Property taxes, utilities, Cable TV, internet, trash, and lawn service are included.

OUR VILLA:
Brand new gorgeous corner lot Villa! The main living area is light, airy and full of designer touches. This is not your typical rental. It is equipped with everything that you will need to enjoy your stay. Primary bedroom has a King size bed with a tv. The spare bedroom has a Queen bed with a tv. Family room has a sofa bed for the grandkids to stay. Also, the family room TV has FULL CABLE, so no need to stream! Screened Lani and pets are welcome!

STAYING INFORMATION:
The villa is available to rent 4-days minimum, a week or monthly.
Month to month lease is available.

RENT RATES:
Monthly Rental fees:
A Non-refundable pet deposit of $125.00
Deposit $750.00
50% of the rental and Security fee is due within 3 days of booking. Total balance due 15 days before vacating the villa.
Standard Non-refundable Cleaning Fee of $175

CHECK IN: 3:00pm CHECK OUT: 10:00am to allow for Thorough Cleaning / Sanitizing

AVAILABLE TO RENT:
SHORT TERM SUMMER RENTAL- WEEKLY RATE: $925.00.
DAILY RATE: $135.00 PER NIGHT (4 DAYS MINIMUM).

MONTHLY SUMMER RATE-$2700.00

WINTER RENTAL MONTHLY RATE- $4200.00

We love the Villages!! We would like for you to enjoy and love The Villages as much we do! We are extremely happy to say that our friends and family love staying at our villa. A super exciting time to enjoy The Villages and feel at home.
