Rental Policy:
50% rent Deposit/Security deposit due within 7 days of booking. Balance due 60 days before arrival.
Security deposit (minus cleaning) returned within 15 days if no damage/loss. Keys/remotes must be returned.
Seasonal (minimum one month) or long term (6+ months) available. Discount provided if long term rental.
$150 Cleaning Fee (if pets then $250 cleaning fee)

No golf cart or bikes included.

Refund policy:
Full refund for cancellations more than 90 days before arrival.
No refunds for cancellations 30 days or less before arrival.
Partial refund if property is re-rented for the same period.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
