Compare Lake Sumter hotels at $235 per night without a golf cart for Feb 2025. My price of $200 per day includes a cart, garage, three bedrooms etc

The April two week rent would be at $125 per day with cart included

Summer months have some flexibility and would be pro rated (no cart)

A non-refundable reservation deposit of $700 is due within 7 days of agreement of the rental.

50% of the rental fee is due 60 days before the rental date and the final 50% is due 30 days before the rental date.

Cleaning fee of $150 would be added to the rental fee for two week rental and $200 for the monthly rental.

If you desire a residence ID it would be an additional charge of $50.

Non-refundable unless rented. All reasonable effort will be made to re-rent the home if there is a cancellation. If the owner is able to rent for the same amount, the tenant will receive the full refund less the security deposit of $700. Otherwise the refund would be pro-rated according to the rent figure of the new tenant.

You are one mile from Sumter Landing and 22 minutes away from Spanish Springs. No through traffic in front of this home. Research how far you are from the center of the squares and you will see that Winifred is in a prime spot.

This Bougainvillea has an extra enclosed Florida room with air and two recliners which allows the television viewing to be separate from the living room area. Next to it is the large enclosed lanai. You will find this home exceptionally clean. We allow no smokers and no pets. The home has been kept in excellent condition with a new variable speed furnace and ac, new washer, dryer, water heater, new tile in the bathrooms and a water filtered refrigerator. We also have a 2017 EZGO electric golf cart. Beautifully decorated Bougainvillea designer home in Winifred is located on a cul-de-sac street just 100 yards from the Arnold Palmer Country Club. You can walk to the club and putt on the two putting greens, hit balls on the driving range, have lunch on the club's veranda or dine in the dining room. Sumter Landing Square is just over a mile from this home and on a quiet night you may hear the music from the home. Using the electric golf cart you can drive to the square to dance, walk on the dock, shop or see movies at the theater.

This home is located almost in the center point of The Villages. If you want to cart to Spanish Springs it is 23 minutes by cart from our home. A beautiful large family pool and recreation center located at Bridgeport is approximately 300 yards from this home. The home is based on the open concept with vaulted ceilings in the living area, dining area and the kitchen. There is an extended Florida room with two recliners and the large screen HDTV. The master bedroom is on one side of the home and includes a large HDTV, king bed, dresser and chest of drawers. On the other side of the home, separated by a pocket door, you have one guest bedroom and a second room which is used as a computer, HDTV television and third bedroom. A full bathroom is located between these guest rooms. The kitchen refrigerator has a filtered ice and water system.

No smokers and no pets. Our telephone service is free within the United States. The television set has a recorder which can be utilized in all three rooms. We have Direct TV and carry ESPN and other sports channels.
