at the end of the lease if property is in good condition. The First month lease and cleaning fee will be due 30 days
prior to move in date.

Tenants are responsible for electric, internet/cable/phone and utilities plus their own renters insurance covering their personal property and liabilities; proof of insurance to be provided to landlord prior to occupancy. No golf cart is provided, but they can be rented or purchased and serviced.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
