Wonderful site for both Village homeowners looking to rent out their homes and for visitors wanting to stay in a nice home while they experience The Villages lifestyle. Lots of people like to "test out" The Villages to make sure they like it before they move there, and this is honestly perfect for that. For homeowner it's well worth the annual fee to list it ($149 when we started several years ago, though it may be a little higher now -- your rate is locked in once you subscribe) and travelers don't have to pay anything to access the listings and contact homeowners. Between the reasonable one-time fee (rather than a percentage of each booking like some other rental sites) and the website manager's quick and helpful responses to any technical issues, I definitely recommend this for homeowners and travelers alike.

Why go anywhere else? We have been soooo very satisfied with listing our long-term property for rent - like 7 years. Staff has always been prompt and punctual to respond to any question, or change we need. The fee to renew our advert is fair, straight forward and easy to do. And, once we have a long-term tenant we request to hide the ad so we don't frustrate and waste the time of prospective renters and us. We don't advertise on FB and it may be our loss; however, through VH4R we don't get may, if any, trolls, creeps, etc. wasting our time. Give 'em try. Property #6615
