You may opt into obtaining a Temporary Villages ID allowing full use of facilities for $50 per couple. There are centers with adult & family pools, outdoor games, picnic areas and pool tables close by.

$200 Cleaning Fee, deducted from deposit
7% occupancy tax on rent & cleaning fee
2 week minimum for bookings, unless otherwise discussed

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
