No subletting or use for business purposes

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$1000 security deposit due within 7 days of booking, with signed rental agreement.
First months rent due 4 months before arrival.
If cancelled within 2 months of arrival, rental refund can only be given if property can be re- rented for same rental rate .

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
