Master Suite; King size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, walk in ceramic tile shower. Guest Bedroom: Queen size wall bed, split floor plan provides privacy for guests. Office/Third Bedroom: Used as an office where you can set up your computer to explore the internet or stay connected with friends and family. Hi Speed internet included. The office has a daybed with a pop-up trundle. You should not have any difficulty finding something to do, the challenge is to choose from the many activities that are offered to you. Transportation to The Villages: There is regularly scheduled service to and from the Orlando International Airport for a fee. Orlando is about 1 hour south of The Villages. Rentals less than a month may be considered. Multiple month discounts may apply. $50 Temporary Resident ID card for 2 people to be paid by renters to The Villages. 9% Florida transient tax is not included in the rental fee below and will be added to the cost of the monthly rent.
