Rental Policy: $650 Deposit/Security cleaning fee due within seven days of booking. There is a $150 Cleaning Fee taken out of the Security deposit. Security deposit funds minus cleaning fee will be returned within 30 days. (Usually sooner, as soon as the cleaning company gives the home a complete inspection).
Rental payment in full is due 60 days prior to rental. (So we can get the keys to you before you start to travel to Florida!) State and local tax will be added.

$50 (optional) Temporary ID is available. The executive golf courses are included with these temporary resident ID cards. The $50 fee entitles you to two ID cards per household.
