WiFi, high-speed internet access, Fubo TV with internet streaming. 3 flat screen TVs are included for your enjoyment. The master suite has a king bed with comfort sleep adjustments on each side, a large walk-in closet, wall mounted TV, desk, double sinks & a roomy shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, TV & ample closet space. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds & a large closet. Second bath has a tiled tub and shower. Plenty of linens & towels, including 6-8 beach towels, are provided. Guest sleeping area has a privacy door off living room.
Open kitchen & breakfast nook have all the cookware, appliances & dishes you will need. A gas grill is in the garage for your convenience. The living room has a 55" flat panel HD TV with spacious seating, including two recliners in which to watch TV or take a quick snooze. The second dining area is a part of the living room. The inside laundry room has a washer, dryer, sink & rack to hang drying clothes. Enjoy reading The Daily Sun newspaper, your favorite book or doing a puzzle in our sunny east facing lanai. This furnished room includes two more recliners & a third dining area.
Two golf carts (2 seat gas & 4 seat gas) & two bikes anxiously await your arrival. You will never run out of things to do with entertainment, golfing & many other sports, shopping, & restaurants just a few minutes away.
NOTE: We can sometimes be flexible with your flying dates. Please ask. Multiple month rentals will include IDs by owner, single month rental IDs will be by renter ($50).
All taxes, utilities, Direct TV, high-speed internet access, WiFi, trash, daily newspaper and lawn service are included.
Rental Policy:
$500 Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking. Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of end of rental period minus cost of any damage, repairs or replacement of loss other than ordinary wear and tear. $195 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from your Security Deposit. Full payment required 35 days prior to date of occupancy and before keys are given to tenants. Reservation deposit will be refunded upon cancellation only if home is rented to another person during the same time period.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
