Owner has a homewatch service contracted to act as a point of contact for the tenant.

Tenant pays: Villages ID card $50.00, electric, tv ,cable, phone, internet ( No satellite dishes allowed )
It is mandatory that the tenant must have renter's insurance for furniture, personal items and liability
( Renter must provide proof of renters insurance )

There is no smoking inside the villa. No pets allowed.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
