Built in 2006, our 1715 sq ft Hadley home is a large corner lot located on a quiet road.

How many Bedrooms & Baths?
The home is a 3 BR/2 BA home.
The master bedroom has all new furniture, including a top of the line King Tempurpedic Cooling mattress with adjustable frame.
The second bedroom has a new queen mattress.
The third bedroom has been turned into our craft room and my computer office, complete with a sit/stand desk and built-in monitor (HDMI cable provided) for your laptop.

How about the rest of the house?
New 55" TV with Roku and built-in internet.
New entertainment center with built-in fireplace.
Leather couch with dual recliners, separate classic leather recliner and glider with ottoman.
New dinette in the kitchen.

Golf Cart?
The Villages without a golf cart doesn't sound like much fun. So we are including ours in the rental.
Four seater with a rear seat that folds up to turn the back into a classic two-bag golf cart.

Exercise Equipment?
We have a tandem bike along with separate his and hers bikes.
Paddle ball rackets? Exercise ball? Light hand weights? Push-up handles?
Need a set of golf clubs (his and hers) to use?
All included.

Other House Rules?
Absolutely NO smoking in the house or Florida room.
