It has all brand new furnishings including a 65" TV in the living room, a 50" TV in the master bedroom, a 43" TV in a spare bedroom, a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a murphy bed and office desk in the third bedroom. A 2+ garage houses a Yamaha 2-seater gas golfcart and a 4-seater Club Car gas golfcart (both with emergency service plan and insurance) free of charge. A unique aspect of this home for the Villages is the rear private patio with an awning, table set and Weber grill. It resides in a secluded area near Lake Sumter Landing.

Granite countertops with stacked cabinetry, plenty of storage space, and an island renders this a chef's dream kitchen. A glassed in lanai makes it an all-season room. The home provides (included in the rental) high speed internet, YoutubeTV, laundry room, fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs, towels, folding beach chairs and other extras (printer, beach towels, blender, coffee maker).

During our first contact, we can discuss reservation deposit. Cleaning during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter. Rental rate is based on 4 occupants with an additional $100/person/month.

Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included, however there is a 7% Sales Tax added.

Rental Policy:
Security Deposit due at time of booking
$150-$200 Cleaning Fee due at time of booking (depending upon length of stay)
50% of rental amount due at time of booking.
