- Renters must have a good credit score and at least 2 personal references.
- There is a $60 non-refundable fee to cover background/credit checks with application
- All quoted rent and fees are based on 1-2 person occupancy.
- Owner pays: Amenity fee, irrigation water, trash, sewer, lawn service, and pest control services.
- Tenant pays: Electricity, gas, potable water, cable TV, and internet for long-term rental
