Over 200 pools are included with designated adult only, family and sports pools for lap swimming, water volleyball, & aerobics. Also softball, basketball, archery, airgun range, pottery classes, dog parks, nature trails and so much more. Guest passes are also included and can be requested by the residents thru Brownwood or Sawgrass recreation centers. Occupancy not to exceed 6 people.

Kitchen has all new appliances with gas stove, dishes, glassware, Utensils, coffee maker etc. Linens & towels are provided. Laundry room with new washer & dryer. 2 car garage. Small dog considered.

Golf cart can be rented for approximately $35 per day for a two seater with significant discounts for monthly, bi-monthly long term rental.
No large parties or events. This is a non-smoking home. Smoking of any kind (including vaping) Is not allowed within 15 feet of the property.

Utilities, WiFi, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

Rental Policy:
Security Deposit $1000, a nonrefundable $200 Cleaning Fee and nonrefundable $200 Pet Fee (if applicable)
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
If rental period is less than 60 days from time or booking, payment and security deposits are due in full upon signing lease agreement.

Payments are accepted by Zelle, cashiers check or wired funds. Renters and guests are aware of and accept and assume all risk of harm. Please notify owners within 24 hours of any damages incurred by guest.

Cancellation Policy: Security deposit will be returned at time of cancellation. Rental fee will not be returned unless the home can be rented again. If re-rented, all monies will be returned. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance in the event of an illness, weather, or other reasons that require you to cancel your trip.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
